The ideal candidate must possess the following abilities and knowledge to be successful in this position:
 

Job Summary:

• Support the Operations Team
• Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
• Organize and schedule jobs
• Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged
• High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
• Review work orders prior to invoicing customers for completed work
• Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
• Handling incoming customer calls; inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls

Candidate Qualifications:

• 3 years roofing/construction experience (Required)
• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
• Valid Driver's license to operate company vehicle to visit job sites
• Strong communication/ writing skills
• Time management skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Able to work on multiple tasks
• Computer proficient – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC and/or SHINGLES a plus!
