HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations and over 3,500 employees. We have an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Help Desk Technician in our Corporate Headquarters, located in Southpointe (Canonsburg, PA).
This position is will work out of the Corporate Headquarters located in Southpointe (Canonsburg, PA)
– it is NOT a remote position. Our Help Desk Technician will make $47,500, plus opportunity for an annual Bonus.
Job Summary:
- Providing support to end users on a variety of issues
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems with all LAN based applications
- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Track and monitor problems to insure a timely resolution
Candidate Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems
- Attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and multi-task
- Previous Help Desk experience a PLUS!
