At CentiMark Roofing, we're looking for a driven Senior Sales Professional who thrives on the challenge of building relationships, opening new doors, and growing a territory. This role offers an introductory base salary, future draw, unlimited commissions, and premier benefits. The past four years' territory earnings have exceeded $300,000 plus each year.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing customers
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and provide roofing solutions that deliver value
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities
- Partner with operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service
- Grow your territory through persistence, creativity, and determination
- You enjoy a challenge and don't get discouraged by hearing "no"
- You naturally seek out new business rather than waiting for leads
- You're competitive and motivated by achieving goals
- You're organized enough to keep opportunities moving without letting important details fall through the cracks
- You know when to delegate so you can focus on what you do best, building relationships and closing business
- You communicate with confidence and build trust quickly
- You take ownership of your results and enjoy being rewarded for performance
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is Required
- Roofing sales experience is Required
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
