Roofing Superintendent (Spec Division)

We are currently seeking experienced commercial Roofing Superintendents in several market areas including: Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Louisville, and Fort Wayne for our Spec Division.

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry. We have been in business for over 54 years, with 95 offices across the country and over 3,500 employees.  We have an exceptional opportunity for a Construction/Roofing Superintendents in our New Construction Division! This position pays $20/hr - $40/hr based on experience.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supervising a large scale, new construction roofing project.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to
  • Supervise multiple roofing crews at job sites / facilities
  • Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
  • Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
  • Plan and execute a successful project
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

 Candidate Qualifications:

  • A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required 
  • Experience in Construction/Roofing Supervision 
  • Experience in commercial roofing a plus
  • Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Leadership, management and project management skills 
  • Organizational and time management skills 
  • Computer and Microsoft Office Skills 
  • Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
