Roofing Service Foreman

CentiMark Ltd. is looking for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in Moncton, NB to join our team. For over 29 years, CentiMark Ltd has been growing its operation through Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry. Onsite safety and job training are provided. Roofing job responsibilities include knowledge of materials and tactics required for roof work.
 

This role is paying $35/hr to $40/hr.

Job Summary:

• Ability to diagnose roof leaks
• Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs
• Small repair jobs and roof maintenance
• Use of tablets and cellphones applications
• Attention to job site safety requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid provincial driver’s license (in good standing) is required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Travel 50%
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays, if necessary
• Have reliable transportation, company vehicle also provided
• Service Helper experience preferred, but not required
