Centimark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, has exceptional opportunities for Experienced Commercial Roofing Mechanic to join our successful team in Richmond, Va.

Job Summary:
 

  • Removal and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems such as coatings, BUR, TPO, EPDM, Singly-Ply, among others, under the direction of a Foreman. This includes safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.).
  • Work outside in varying weather conditions and adhere to job safety regulations.
  • Meet physical demands of the position not limited to the required mobility needed to finish job assignments.
  • Year-round work is available.
  • The majority of our workforce has been with us over 5 years.

  • Communicate effectively with the foreman and other Centimark staff.
     

Candidate Requirements:
 

  • At least two years' experience with the insulation of roofing systems such as BUR, TPO, EPDM, Singly-Ply, among others.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
  • Able to work weekends and/or Holidays, out of town travel and overtime.
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • 18 years of age or older
