Roofing Sales Representative

CentiMark Ltd. offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply thermoplastics, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam, tile, steep slope and roof maintenance coatings.

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative for the greater Toronto territory. We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Job Summary:

• Open new territories/accounts
• Identify market trends, maintains awareness of competitive activity in the roofing industry
• Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business
• Provide roofing information - price, quality, point of sales material
• Resolves customer orders, inquiries and problems
• Proactively understand activities of competition and continually evaluate our marketing, pricing and selling strategies

Candidate Qualifications:

• Commercial/ industrial roofing sales experience is highly preferred
• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is Required
• Ability to overcome rejections and drive the sales process
• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills
