Construction Project Manager (Spec Division)

Job Summary: 

• Direct involvement in preparation of a project schedule and continually review to make sure the project schedule is adhered to 
• Responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout 
• See that labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning with the appropriate subcontractors 
• Proficient with job progress within Project Management Software (daily, weekly progress reporting) 
• Attend daily/weekly construction meetings as projects require 
• Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials, equipment 
• Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an approved purchase order • Manage project costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment • Forecast and analyze constructions costs, exposures, and profits until project is complete

Candidate Qualifications: 

• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required 
• 3+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision 
• MUST have experience in commercial roofing 
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Leadership, management and project management skills 
• Organizational and time management skills 
• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills 
• Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus

This is a position that involves travel, so you must be willing to travel to various job sites in several market areas including: Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Dayton, Louisville and Fort Wayne. However, with CentiMark, you won't have to worry about the logistics of travel - we'll provide you with a company vehicle, per diem, and lodging while you're on the road.
