IT SAP Support (Entry Level)

CentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an additional entry-level IT SAP Support Representative in our IT Department in Canonsburg, PA. We are looking for an individual that is energetic to help support internal users for our fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.
Year- end compensation for this position is between $35k - $45k.
Job Summary:
- Provide entry level software support for SAP standard and custom applications
- Deliver end-user support for employees via email, phone, virtual and in person
- Communicate with SAP team to escalate issues at a technical level
- Collaborate with non-SAP IT departments to research, test and resolve issues
- Monitor ticket backlog.
- Develop technical and user documentation
- Please note that this position will not include developing code
Candidate Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field is highly preferred
- Previous IT customer support experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills for both non-technical and technical users are essential
- Ability to write technical and non-technical documentation
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills are required
- Ability to unit test applications to validate business logic and data integrity
- Experience using G-Suite is preferred
- Local candidates in the Pittsburgh area – No relocation assistance will be provided
- No remote work – this position will be an in-office role
