Roofing Field Supervisor

CentiMark - East - Jessup, MD - Full Time

CentiMark is currently seeking an experienced commercial roofing Field Supervisor in the Jessup, MD for our Spec Division. CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor. We have 100 locations across the U.S. with over 3,500 employees.

This position is paying $85k, plus premier benefits!

Job Summary:

Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to
Supervise multi-million projects
Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details
Communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow
Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities
Plan and execute a successful project
Must be willing to travel
Ability to work overtime as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

Capability of understanding roofing manufacture’s specifications
Capability of reading blueprints
Experience in Construction/Roofing is Required
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership, management and project management skills
Organizational and time management skills
A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
