CentiMark Ltd. is looking for experienced Roofing Production Foreman to join our team in Dartmouth, NS. For over 29 years, CentiMark Ltd. has been growing its operation through Canada as well as its workforce. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals for a rewarding career in the commercial roofing industry. Onsite safety and job training is provided. Roofing job responsibilities include supervising the installation of materials and tactics required for roof work.

This role is paying $28/hr - $32/hr, based on experience.
 

Job Summary:

• Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 12 people
• Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
• Lead and train crew with field applications, work with field supervisors and communicate with customers and management
• Responsible for paperwork and mobile time app
• Able to work with a team and install a quality CentiMark roof with hours provided in a safe and orderly manner

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 or more years’ experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Valid and current Driver's License
• Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and BUR systems
• Experience with Leak Investigations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Ability to learn and follow ministry and company safety policies
• Ability to work on weekends and/or Holidays as needed
• Able to travel out of town (50%)
