Manager/Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced commercial roofing Field Supervisor in Richmond, VA.

CentiMark Corporation is the world's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor, and we are looking for people who want to contribute to a great team. This position is paying $25/hr to $35/hr, based on experience.

Year round work is available

Job Summary:

Supervise multiple production/service crews
Planning and executing a successful project
Work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
Daily communications with the customer and employees
Planning jobs for labor crews
Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
Competitive pay range of $25/hr - $35/hr, based on experience

Candidate Qualifications:

A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Leadership, management and project management skills
Organizational and time management skills
Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
Commercial Construction experience is a MUST (5 plus years)
MUST HAVE SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE (5 PLUS YEARS)
