Regional Sales Account Manager (Flat Roofing)
CentiMark Ltd. is looking for experienced Regional Sales Account Manager (Flat Roofing) to join our team in London, Ontario.

Job Summary:
- Identify & prospect clients in commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Maintain CRM records, tracked leads, and updated client communications
- Actively participated in meetings and calls and following up on actionable items
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
- Possess customer centric qualities and develop new accounts
- Strive to meet and exceed all sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Commercial roofing experience preferred - TPO, EPDM, Built-Up Roof Systems
- Assist with preparing client presentations and sales proposals
- Be a self-starter and have good time management skills
- Ability to understand and communicate knowledge of roof products and systems
- Must show positive work ethic and a strong ability to self-motivate
- Experienced in making business to business development calls
- Must possess the ability to work both within a team environment as well as individually.
- Past sales or marketing experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be well organized with solid time management skills
- Strong communication & writing skills
- Good Relationship Building skills
- Excellent Follow-up skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Authorized to work in Canada
