Roofing Branch Manager

CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing company, and we are seeking an experienced industry professional for our Roofing Branch Manager for our Federal Contracts Division in Pensacola, FL to successfully lead the office.

This role is paying $90k - $120k, plus annual performance bonus and premier benefits!

Job Summary:

• Oversee and reinforce all operational functions of the branch to maintain superior customer service
• Drive Production and Project Schedule, including, SOVs, Submittals, AHAs, Site Safety Plans, QC Compliance, ETC.
• Contract capture and securement for Federal projects. Specifically perusing STOC, MATOC, IDIQs, from the GOV in the form of bid submission to Prime contracting GCs. 
• Develop an effective plan for each project and communicate the plan to the employees
• Directly supervise field supervisors and/or foremen to ensure job quality and safety
• Ensuring complete and thorough inspections of the job site before and after the project is completed
• Support the sales team’s initiatives and lead customer project start-ups
• Responsible for hiring and mentoring crew and office employees for the branch
• Maintain business relationships, customer satisfaction, and a positive work environment
• Schedule and perform walk through of the existing roofing system with customer(s)
• Process employee changes (payroll, address changes, terminations, etc.)
• Run weekly over/under hours report on employees
• Oversee/review employee expense reports weekly
• Review collection reports and make collection calls
• TECO completed and signed off jobs and release final billing

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ Years experience in Commercial Roofing or General Contracting Management  REQUIRED
• 2+ years Project Management Experience Required
• 2 + Experience in federal contract at the GC or Subcontract  level Required
• Ability to get on secured Federal facilities, with a clean Background check at all times
• Commercial roofing or General contracting management experience Required
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of project managers and superintendents
• Proficient with managing job costs and budgets, and schedules
• Understanding of computer applications, reports, and email
• A valid driver’s license
