CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations across the US and 3,500 employees. We are seeking an energetic and positive Front Desk Coordinator to support our Corporate Headquarters in Canonsburg, PA (SouthPointe)!

This role is paying $14/hr - $16/hr, plus we offer many perks to our employees that include an onsite fitness center, free parking and job training! We prefer a full-time Front Desk Coordinator but would consider someone part-time (8:00am – Noon), Mon – Fri and could offer a flexible start time.

This position can serve as a springboard for future employment opportunities within our various corporate departments! The coordinator will interact with associates across various departments. We are growing in every discipline so the right candidate will certainly have numerous opportunities for advancement.

Job Summary:

Answering multiline phone system and directing calls
Checking in visitors, Directing incoming packages and deliveries
Organizing invoices, Entering data and reports into the computer
Communicating with our other offices throughout the US and Canada
Participation in various projects

Candidate Requirements:

Computer proficiency
Friendly communication skills
Attention to detail
Clerical experience
