Roofing Superintendent
CentiMark - West - Livermore, CA - Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced commercial Roofing Superintendent for our Livermore, CA office.
CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor with 100 locations and over 3,500 employees. Successful candidates must demonstrate initiative, a good work ethic, and attention to detail. We provide on the job training, benefits and room to grow. This position is paying $30/hr - $40/hr, based on experience.

Job Summary:
- Supervise multiple production/service crews
- Planning and executing a successful project
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
- Daily communications with the customer and employees
- Planning jobs for labor crews
- Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
- Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
Candidate Qualifications:
- MUST have experience in commercial roofing
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
- 3+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership, management and project management skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
- Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
