Service Administrative Assistant
CentiMark - West - Omaha, NE - Full Time
CentiMark Corporation (the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor) is seeking an energetic and positive Service Administrative Assistant to support our Service Director and Service Sales Representatives in our Omaha office!
This role is paying $20/hr - $22/hr, based on education & experience plus premier benefits!The ideal candidate will possess office administrative skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have a friendly and outgoing personality, and the desire to help grow the service business in the area! The candidate will also be responsible for managing and processing paperwork in our SAP application. SAP experience is not required, but it is preferred!
Job Summary:
- Take leak calls and create notifications
- Service T&M Billings
- Obtain missing Purchase Orders for T&M’s / request NTE’s when needed
- Service Scheduler – Calling customers with ETA’s and updating schedule as necessary
- Sheet Service jobs – send documents to legal, change orders, cost adjustments, load documents into ZEJF, etc.
- Provide copies of appropriate paperwork to the Service Manager, Service Sales Representatives, etc.
- Collections for Service Department – make calls to customers and update spreadsheet notes
- Take and process credit card payments for T&M’s
- Update reports as needed
- Repeat Service call tracking
- Collect foreperson’s weekly paperwork and organize for Service Manager to review
- Responsible for answering the main office phone line and directing calls
- Provide back-up help for Service Manager
- Day-to-day administrative duties associated with the job
Candidate Requirements:
- Customer service & administrative experience – Required
- SAP Experience a Plus!
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication, follow up, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Superb time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet
