Client Service Representative

CentiMark Corporation (the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor) is seeking an energetic and positive Client Service Representative to support National Accounts in Chandler, AZ!

The National Accounts Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with some of CentiMark’s largest customers managing and assisting with their daily roofing service needs.

This position offers annual compensation of $40k - $45k, plus premier benefits!

Job Summary:

• Receiving and reviewing client’s roof service needs
• Creating service work orders and disseminating the information internally
• Phone and email outreach to clients to support and sell their service needs
• Education of our customers on what service solutions are best for their facility’s needs
• Navigation of current customer information to help determine what services are best to present to the customer as it relates to roofing services
• Communicating internally with National Account Managers, Project Managers, Sales Representatives and Operations Team
• Tracking of service opportunities through Salesforce to ensure the best possible customer service for our customers
• Billing resolutions that arise on service projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to own and navigate sales conversations on the phone
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished telephone etiquette
• Strong work ethic with persistent and strategic follow-up
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented and ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Gmail - required
• Familiar with Salesforce.com a plus
• Familiar with SAP a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
