Service Field Supervisor
Richmond, VA - Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced commercial roofing Service Field Supervisor in Richmond, Va.

This position is paying $20/hr to $38/hr, based on experience.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will supervise multiple service crews. This position will also be responsible for doing pre-job inspections, planning jobs for service crews and working closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for jobs.

Job Summary:
- Supervise multiple production/service crews
- Planning and executing a successful project
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
- Responsible for maintaining a safe job site
- Daily communications with the customer and employees
- Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
- Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
- Competitive pay range of $20/hr - $38/hr, based on experience
Candidate Qualifications:
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Leadership, management and project management skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
- Capability of reading blueprints and understanding them is a plus
- 3 years of customer service experience required
- Experience with: EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, TPO, PVC and/or SHINGLES
- Commercial Roofing experience is a MUST
