Metal Roofing Supervisor
CentiMark - North - Stow, OH - Full Time
CentiMark is seeking an experienced industry professional for our Metal Roofing Supervisor opportunity based out of Stow, OH! This is a traveling role with job sites all over the US. This position is paying $30/hr +, based on experience.
CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees across the US. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Oversee metal roof and siding projects start to finish
- Communicate daily with the crew and customers
- Perform take-offs (measure the roof and trims, place project orders)
- Order project equipment needed to complete the project
- Complete daily/weekly updates for the Operations Manager
- Overnight travel to job sites all over the US. Working 21 days, then off 7 days
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven roofing or general construction experience – Required
- Working knowledge of different metal roofing systems with the ability to train others
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings and review project SOW
- Capable of operating a forklift and man-lift
- Ability to work at heights over open framing with knowledge of proper fall protection that's required
- Ability to use powered hand tools and train others
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and tools
- General understanding of OSHA construction rules and regulations
- Valid Driver's License plus capability of passing a Drug Test
- Computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
