Field Supervisor

CentiMark is currently seeking an experienced commercial roofing Field Supervisor for our Manchester, NH area. CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor. We have 95 locations across the U.S. with over 3,500 employees.

Job Summary:  Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will supervise multiple Service crews. This position will also be responsible for doing pre-job inspections, planning jobs for labor crews and working closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for jobs.   

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must have good working knowledge of Roofing procedures and safety
  • Excellent communication/writing skills
  • Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skills
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • 5 years commercial Roofing/construction experience required
  • 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Valid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
  • Experience with: EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, and/or SHINGLES
