Senior Sales Representative - Polished Concrete and Resinous Flooring

Come sell for the #1 Commercial Flooring Contractor in North America! QuestMark has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Senior Sales Representative to maintain and establish commercial flooring service sales in Orlando, FL!
The successful candidate will have sales and account/territory development experience, in the commercial/industrial flooring industry. The Sr. Sales Representative’s focus is the sales and marketing of our Resinous (Coatings) and Polished flooring systems as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets.
BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS + COMPANY VEHICLE + SIGNING BONUS
Job Summary:
- Account development through site visits, follow ups, & business development meetings
- Marketing efforts through prospecting, cold calling, target marketing
- Performing site inspections for commercial/industrial clients
- Generating proposals for presentation to clients
- Selling commercial flooring projects (i.e.: polished concrete, resinous (coatings), etc)
Job Qualifications:
- Previous Industrial/Commercial Sales experience is REQUIRED
- 2 + years of commercial flooring experience in Resinous, Polish, or both
- Experience in growing market share
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong communication/writing skills
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
