Service Field Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise multiple service crews to plan and execute successful projects. Will work closely with the Service Manager to order project materials, schedule equipment rental, dumpsters & bathroom rentals. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting daily safety walks, quality assurance inspections, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and document all punch lists. Will have daily communication with the Customers, Employees, and Service Manager.

Candidate Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills 
• Capability of interpreting blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
