Sales Executive (Commercial Roofing)

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and direct all Canadian sales related activities.  This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President and Canadian Group Director.  Our ideal candidate will live in Ontario.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for all Canadian sales related activities in both our existing offices (Mississauga, ON, Kitchener, ON, Toronto, ON, Burnaby, BC, Calgary, AB, St. Albert, AB, and Winnipeg, MB) and the development and growth of our planned future offices.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of all Senior Sales Associates, Sales Assistants and Service Sales Associates.  This is to include mentoring, evaluating and defining growth and improvement plans for the sales team.
  • Sales territory, market penetration and customer share evaluation.
  • Sales training to include the sharing and promoting of best sales practices.  Sales training to also include but not limited to SalesForce, use of video and Cirrus Insight.
  • Marketing activities to include data base growth, customer entertainment, telemarketing, electronic marketing and related ROI evaluation of each. 
  • Monthly and yearly revenue and sales forecasting.
  • Direct involvement and responsibility for large projects.
  • Coordination of the annual sales meeting.

Qualifications Include:

  • Must demonstrate a successful Sales Production and Sales Management history specific to B2B complex sales.
  • Proven leader with a history of building successful sales teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create and execute sales growth plans.
  • SalesForce.com literacy.
