Senior Project Manager (Commercial Roofing)

Currently we are seeking a Project Sales Manager who is willing to be the face and voice of the customer in our North Los Angeles, CA location. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business
  • Help develop new territories/accounts
  • Oversee and manage sales team to maximize market share
  • Identify market trends, maintains awareness of competitive activity in the roofing industry
  • Provide commercial roofing information - price, quality, point of sales material
  • Proactively understand activities of competition and continually evaluate our marketing, pricing and selling strategies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years successful outside business to business sales experience
  • Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required (roofing experience is preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Tenacious drive to sell and critical thinking skills are required
  • Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential
  • Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
  • Drive the sales process and possess the ability to overcome rejections
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Preferred candidate will live in North Los Angeles, CA
